TRMS safeguards every financial transaction across all Amazon sites. As such, TRMS designs and builds the software systems, ML algos, risk models and operational processes that minimize risk and maximize trust in Amazon.com. The TRMS Data Engineering team enables TRMS STLs which includes TRMS Operations, Payments, Identity Risk, Policy Risk, Machine Learning to name few to be a more data driven business. We synthesize data from various data sources into actionable information, providing real-time visibility into the state of the TRMS. · Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field · 7+ years of experience in Data modeling at enterprise scale, ETL designing, and Data Warehousing architectures · 5+ years of hands-on experience in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large data sets (terabyte to petabytes) · Experience with advanced AWS services including Redshift, EMR, RDS, Glue, Kinesis, Lambda, AWS ML etc. · Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or equivalent products · Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
