How you will make an impact: Apply data intelligence and problem-solving experience to develop and support descriptive, predictive, prescriptive solutions and related decision support efforts. Manipulate, analyze, tell a story, and have an opinion on complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques End-to-End data project ownership/contribution including requirement gathering, data pipeline, data visualization, insight analysis, and providing value and support to stakeholders Define/Prototype/Implement metrics and methodology
Desired skill sets and experiences: Capable of architecting big data and designing data pipelines on Microsoft's internal and external big data technology stack Experienced in data querying, analytics, science and visualization toolkits (Scope, SQL, Kusto/Splunk, R, SAS, Python, Power BI or similar languages) with solid programming, debugging and analytical skills. Demonstrable statistics, mathematics, and problem-solving skills with experience in building statistical and predictive models.
