The International Consumer Recruiting team is seeking a talented Sr. Client Lead Recruiter to support our non-tech businesses based in Seattle. This role requires hands-on partnership with the business to lead effective candidate engagement and assessments and will partner closely with both Business and other HR and recruiting leaders to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and driving hiring metrics for all of businesses across Americas. This person will act as a critical partner to the business and will be at the helm executing on recruiting strategies and will continuously earn trust with leaders at all levels, and partner effectively cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance Partners, Compensation, and other business
· 7+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience · Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research · CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates · MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. · Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships · Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience · Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships,
