Are you interested in helping to build out Amazon's R and D teams? Strategic Recruiting cultivates relationships with executive level talent in areas such as artificial intelligence, speech, robotics, optimization and economics. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to lead Amazon’s recruiting strategy and engagement with passive talent in this community. This hybrid recruiter/program manager will help us define the appropriate recruiting and candidate cultivation strategies which include events, partnerships, and targeted marketing campaigns. As the owner of candidate cultivation from existing AI channel programs at Amazon, you will work closely with Amazon’s research leaders and executive recruiters across Amazon Alexa, AWS AI, Amazon Go, Core AI, Robotics, Search, Prime Air, and Lab 126. · Bachelor’s Degree · 8+ years of experience in recruiting, marketing, or program management · Ability to travel to domestic and international events (approx. 20%) · Strong verbal and written communication skills · A proven track record of leading and driving multiple complex programs to meet business objectives and a demonstrated ability to translate strategic initiatives into operational plans · Experience working with recruiting teams · Experience engaging and influencing senior executives · A passion for technology · Experience with Adobe Creative Suite · Experience in a fast-paced, highly
