The One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization is one of the fastest growing businesses for Microsoft across Managed Services Provider (MSP), Systems Integrators (SI), Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Channel Development partners. OCP will play a critical role in shaping the IT consumption model of the future as customers on-ramp to the cloud and consume more cloud services. The OCP team is dedicated to driving and elevating Microsoft's relationship with Partners delivering cloud services to end customers. These partners can host cloud services on their own datacenters as well as leverage Microsoft Public Cloud offerings. Microsoft is placing strategic emphasis on all OCP partners as key go-to-market partners for Microsoft software and services for share gain in business cloud services. As a Senior Business Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for end to end business management and orchestration with key stakeholders from within Microsoft and externally with Partner leadership and working teams. You will also influence and leverage the Industry teams for go to market programs for specific product workloads that are strategic to Microsoft's future in the Cloud. You will be responsible for driving market share and revenue growth on both Microsoft Cloud services and Partners' solutions. 5+ years experience in industry solutions engagement with partners Ability to build strong relationships and Influence Sales, Marketing, Product professionals to impact sales results 5+ years experience collaborating across global teams and showing executive maturity Ability to give consistent, effective and efficient verbal and written communication Ability to use and manage financial and process controls Prior work experience in a business, product, sales or marketing capacity launching cloud services enabled solutions in key industries
