We are seeking a customer obsessed, data oriented Sr. Business Manager to work on the Amazon Launchpad team. This work demands a self-starter who is excited about driving results for a large portfolio of emerging brand owners, including startups. You will get to work with some of the most talented consumer product startups in the world, and their expectations are high. You will focus on accelerating their growth on Amazon.com, balancing the need to work at scale while delivering a premium experience. You must thrive in a state of healthy tension. You will be expected balance owning the business performance of your portfolio and to experiment and innovate on behalf of our brands with an intent to ignite the potential of your brands. · Bachelor’s Degree · 7+ years of business operations experience in a fast-moving, high-visibility business where you optimized processes to gain efficiencies · 5+ years of experience using analytical tools - including Excel, SQL and Tableau – to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement · Experience leading cross-functional projects · Experience working with managing 3rd party relationships · Ability to communicate ideas and influence stakeholders effectively, both verbally and in writing · Executive presentation presence · MBA Degree · Experience driving communications across
