· 5+ years’ experience as a business intelligence leader. · Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, closely related field or equivalent experience. · Expert level experience of SQL, Tableau. · Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams · Master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research or MBA. Desire to create and build new predictive/optimization tools that benefit the business and improve customer experience
