· 3+ years’ experience as a business or operations analyst. · Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering or closely related field. · Advanced working knowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL, data warehouse as well as advanced Excel skills. · Desire to create and build new predictive/optimization tools that benefit the business and improve user experience. · Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets
