The WW Consumer Talent Development team is seeking a skilled, solution-focused Assessment Scientist to support the design, development and implementation of assessment mechanisms as part of a larger strategic leadership development initiative. This is a high-impact, integrated initiative that will help define and drive solutions for strategic leadership pipeline development in Consumer. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in the development and implementation of personnel and role assessment methodologies, and corresponding construct/criterion-validation, data analysis and reporting approaches. Application of assessment approaches will draw on an understanding of legal and ethical standards for psychological/personnel testing. · 5+ years experience with job analysis and designing, developing and validating (including research design) applied talent/personnel and role assessments (for selection and development purposes) · Master’s Degree in Industrial - Organizational Psych or related discipline · Strong quantitative analytical abilities and proficiency in assessment-related data analysis · Proficiency in at least one statistics program (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) · Experience in planning and implementing integrated assessment initiatives as part of a larger talent management/leader development strategy · · PhD in Industrial
