AWS’s Business Technology and Solutions (BTS) team is seeking a results-driven, customer focused and detail-oriented Program Coordinator. The BTS team provides the underlying infrastructure (systems, tools, processes) to support the rapidly growing world-wide AWS Sales organization. This includes finding inventive ways to scale the business, which will be critical for AWS to continue its incredible growth. The Sales Performance Management platform will consists of mutiple modules, one of which is in the middle of build and set to launch this year, while the others are early stage and still need to be defined. In this role, you will orchestrate the day to day operations of our Segmentation team, with particular focus on support of our Global Sales Ops customers. The successful candidate will possess the

· Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating training or similar event coordination including all related logistics, planning and project management, as well as associated organizational skills. · Experience with Wiki development, and 2 years of experience using an LMS (Learning Management System) or similar reporting and tracking system or database. · Demonstrated experience assisting with developing job aids, online tutorials or assisting with input on and review of training materials. · Ability to handle multiple projects, often with conflicting deadlines · Strong/advanced skills with MS
