AWS’s Business Technology and Solutions (BTS) team is seeking a results-driven, customer focused and detail-oriented Analyst. The BTS team provides the underlying infrastructure (systems, tools, processes) to support the rapidly growing world-wide AWS Sales organization. This includes finding inventive ways to scale the business, which will be critical for AWS to continue its incredible growth. We are looking for a creative, dynamic and results driven analyst to help us support Segmentation and Territory Planning processes and functions. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who’s passionate about managing operational processes, supporting both internal and external customers, and coordinating with the broader team to run, execute, and administer key projects and processes. · 1-3 years’ experience in sourcing and combining disparate data sets to answer business questions · Advanced skills in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Report Building, Macros) · Experience working in the Salesforce.com platform · Superior administration and organizational skills using systems, tools, and processes to track and manage multiple projects · Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams · Ability to handle multiple projects, often with conflicting deadlines · Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, accounting, or communications· Moderate to advanced
