Work with key stakeholders, providing deep insights and trends across the global and regional businesses inclusivie of SMC-Corporate, Demand Response and Customer Success Analyze marketing funnel health and provide insights to support Demand Response motions Participate in the monthly Business Insights discussions contributing to business discussion anchored on data and analytics Utilize data visualization and innovative BI tools, such as MSX Insights, to ensure data analysis is easily consumable, provides clear story and opportunity for action with stakeholders Train stakeholders on BI tools and
8+ years' experience with data analytics and ability to successfully review data and reports to extract meaningful insights that drive strategies and executive decision-making processes Experience in driving cross-organizational efforts to influence others and improve sales performance Ability to synthesize data, frame insight and relate it to business stakeholders Strong communication and presentation skills Experience using Business Intelligence tools and solutions Knowledge of current Microsoft sales tools and reporting mechanisms preferred Bachelor's degree in related field required; MBA preferred
