Create a scalable standardized model for Role Taxonomy including Job Titles, Descriptions, and Job Functions across Demand Response, Corporate Sales, and Partner sales motions. Create and land FY Core Priorities and Critical Indicators of Success across Inside Sales aligned to SMSG priorities and Inside Sales Goals and Objectives Partner with SMSGR, WWIC, and HR stakeholders to create Career Success Guides, Role Excellence Profiles, and Career Stage Profiles Ensure alignment of Inside Sales resources in relation to Field and Partner sellers Lead and maintain a community across Sales Management,
7+ years of experience in a business or related field. Experience in HR, WWIC, Community Leadership, Role Architect, or Inside Sales required. BS/BA required, MBA preferred. Analytical thinker with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate to evolving business needs. Highly collaborative problem solver that can synthesize and rationalize feedback and inputs from multiple stakeholders Strategic thinker and effective communicator to influence senior decision makers. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities across worldwide based talent in multiple time zones. Flexibility
