Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced candidate to drive program development of the AWS SaaS Factory program. Demand for SaaS applications is accelerating and partners are looking at SaaS as a primary business model to reach customers. This Sr. Program Manager role will have the opportunity to shape the AWS SaaS Factory program globally, with a focus on engaging as many SaaS providers as possible with effective learning and development material that helps then build, migrate, or optimize their software-as-a-service
· 5+ years of program or product management experience in a global and cross-functional capacity · Ability to independently own and manage a strategic program by defining and executing on key deliverables and outcomes. · Demonstrated skill at building relationships and an ability to influence others · Demonstrable problem-solving, and analytical skills using data to drive decisions · Excellent verbal and written communication skill · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role Amazon.com
