· Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Economics, Operations, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance. · 3+ years of experience and demonstrated success in a program management, product management, risk management, analytics or business intelligence role. · Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel. · High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information. · Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills with a natural tendency to use data in decision-making and prioritization. · Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high volume environment
