The Role: As a RF Front-end Engineer, you will engage with Project Kuiper’s experienced cross-disciplinary team to conceive and design innovative products, and drive key aspects of product definition, execution and optimization. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. As a member of the RF Silicon team, you will be responsible for implementation of front-end circuits for an innovative wireless broadband that include optimization of power amplifiers for customer throughput, spectrum requirements, and power consumption. Additionally, design of advanced LNA circuits will be a part of this team’s responsibilities that include optimization of noise figure and power consumption. In this role you will:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience · 5+ years of experience in silicon full custom RF design of analog broadband circuits · Understanding of PA or LNA test systems and IC validation · Hands on experience with RF lab equipment including VNA, power meters, spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators · Experience with current and upcoming RF standards in cellular (4G/5G), 802.11, microwave backhaul, DVB-S2(X), OR similar broadband wireless standards · Master’s / PhD degree in Electrical Engineering · mmWave RF custom design · Good analytical,
