The Computer Vision Group is looking for Researchers/Research Engineers at all levels in Computer Vision and Deep Learning, broadly defined. At this position, you will conduct both fundamental and applied research, build core technologies in machine learning and computer vision, publish your results, prototype and execute, together with engineers, all the way to impact various products in the areas of cloud and edge intelligence, such as Microsoft Cognitive Services and Pix. Preferred candidate must have:
Basic Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, AI or a related field. At least 3 years of research experience in computer vision, deep learning, machine learning, and AI methodology. Publications in top-tier conferences and journals in related fields (e.g., CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NIPS, ICML, ICLR, SIGGRAPH etc.). Strong algorithmic problem solving and software development skills (C/C++, Python, C# etc.).
