Amazon’s North American Operations Talent Acquisition organization is looking for a self-motivated Recruiting Associate to join its growing team. Operations is at the heart of Amazon business. We are known for our speed, accuracy and exceptional service. Our buildings deliver tens of thousands of products to hundreds of countries worldwide, every day. Recruiting Associates play a key part in ensuring each building has the talent they need to serve our end customer! Responsibilities include, but not limited to: · Conducting full-cycle recruitment · Screening resumes and applications · Meeting established metrics/SLAs for active applicant screening, offers and hires · Managing job postings and updating candidate records · Participating in related Talent Acquisition projects · Occasionally scheduling interviews with business leaders
· Bachelor’s Degree, or 2+ years of blue-badge Amazon experience · 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing candidates · 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Outlook) · 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition · Familiarity in high volume, non-tech, field launch recruiting coordination · Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills · Ability to work self-sufficiently in ambiguous situations · Possession of strong analytic skills
