This is an exciting opportunity to lead a recruiting team supporting Amazon's Last Mile Technology Organization. The Last Mile team is responsible for delivering Amazon packages globally, from the time they leave our delivery center to the point of delivery. Working on the Last Mile team means that each day, you have a tangible impact on Amazon customers and the on-road and delivery experience of our drivers.How do we make it work? We develop first-class solutions for routing and planning, maps and navigation, doorstep-delivery, and seamless driver experiences. Our solutions are enabled by machine learning, operations research, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, Alexa voice integration, the IoT, and hardware innovations. We specialize in bringing customers what they want, when they want it, delivering anything from packages to fresh food or takeout (from their favorite restaurant in as little as an hour) to homes, businesses, Amazon Lockers, garages, and cars worldwide! · 5+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience · 2+ years leading a team · Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree is required · Experience building, coaching and managing a full-cycle recruiting team in a high-tech environment · Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets· Organized, pragmatic people who thrive in a results oriented environment are encouraged to apply · Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner
