Field Recruiting Team Physical Stores Field
The Physical Stores Field Recruiting Team is looking for a Recruiting Manager to join the High Volume team. This Manager will work directly with the business teams to drive hiring strategies and execution of meeting hiring goals. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers.
· 5+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience · 2+ years leading a team · 3+ years’ experience in business analytics and reporting and/or demand forecasting · Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree is required · Experience building, coaching and managing a full-cycle recruiting team · Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets· Organized, pragmatic people who thrive in a results oriented environment are encouraged to apply · Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing
