* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 7+ years of experience driving recruiting efforts high volume, high hiring bar environment * 3+ years of managerial experience * Have organizational, communication, leadership and client service skills* Become a Contributing member of the management team that effectively embodies and promotes the culture and values of Amazon Devices and leads the team to do the same * Have knowledge of workforce analytics, metrics, and early adopter of technology * Deliver against ambitious hiring plan for the high-profile tech organization at Amazon Devices * Build
