Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented, creative, highly-organized, and collaborative Project Coordinator to join our Recruiting Events team! You'll work closely with our Events Recruiters, Industry Recruiters, Client Leads, Hiring Managers and internal/external vendors to execute our current schedule and support future event planning, and you'll evaluate our successes and make continuous improvement actions and recommendations. This role presents regular and unique opportunities to test new ideas and help create better practices; brainstorming with Recruiting and Business teammates, driving new ideas forward and incrementally improving our function. You'll need to have a reputation for delivering exceptional customer, candidate, and vendor experiences, and maintain a high degree of professionalism dealing with stakeholders inside and outside the company. · Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of work experience in a Project, Recruiting or Events management capacity in Recruiting, HR or Business Administration. · A demonstrated Customer Service orientation and exceptional attention to detail. · Highly organized and able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks and projects, sometimes with little or no guidance. · Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook. · Strong verbal and written communications skills as demonstrated by prior work assignments and product. · Able to travel to international and domestic hiring events as needed.
