· Bachelor’s Degree · 4+ years Recruiting/HR or Operations experience · 2+ years people mgmt. experience · Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high growth environment · Experience with driving process optimization within a recruiting or similar environment · Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook · Six Sigma/Lean process exposure desired · Recruiting Operations leadership experience within a high growth tech company or high volume RPO organization · Strong stakeholder mgmt. skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities by setting clear/realistic
