This role will be responsible for closing bar raising, often passive talent, and creating a programmatic approach to hiring including a focus on building out engagement strategies with diverse populations in partnership with the designated client group(s). At Amazon our recruiting team members are brand ambassadors to external talent communities, and internally they are business consultants who bring quality results and creative ideas to multi-faceted, competitive challenges. Recruiters are trusted with the strategic ownership for securing our most coveted resources - outstanding employees. On the HR4HR recruiting team, you support HR and Recruiting leaders across multiple business lines and will be contributing to and executing on recruiting strategy, earn trust through consistent results and partnership with HR leaders at all levels, and you will build robust internal networks by partnering cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance, Compensation, Analytics teams, Diversity and Inclusion

· 3+ years of progressive corporate and or search firm recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment. · · CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. · · Bachelor’s degree.· High aptitude for earning trust with clients, peers and candidates. · · Known for high judgement with decision making and confidential information. · · Experience recruiting in a high volume corporate enviornment. · · Experience recruiting passive talent for a corporate enterprise client
