The Quantum team based in Redmond is seeking a passionate and driven Business Manager to support initiatives involved the Quantum leadership team. This position will report to the GM of Microsoft Quantum and will be the liaison between teams at Microsoft Quantum sites across the world and the leadership team. This is a business-critical role that will have a direct and significant impact on one of the most unique teams at Microsoft, and requires a candidate who: Designs and deploys innovative and efficient systems and tools, backed by thoughtful and reliable training and documentation, with a proven
Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, or Science and Engineering field with equivalent business certifications or work experience 3+ years of business, product or program management Preferred: Business, product, or program management experience within an engineering environment Technical background a strong plus Prior experience with complex systems and tools deployment MBA or other higher degree, a plus Skills: Outstanding organizational skills with well-above average thoroughness and attention to detail.
