· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. · · 7+ years experience building successful production software systems. · Experience with both manual and automated testing, both front-end and back-end · 5+ years of quality management experience (managing a QA team, driving fixes across engineering teams, status reporting, ensuring quality bar is understood and met) · The ability to drive strategy for manual versus automated testing, oversee design and selection of test frameworks, · Experience measuring and improving effectiveness of one or more QA teams· Experience
