Alexa Communications team is looking for a senior quality assurance engineer who is interested in building and testing Communications capabilities with us across huge set of devices including unreleased Amazon devices. We solve highly complex technical and business problems with ingenuity and simplicity. You can make history with us, and the good news is that we’ve only just begun! We’ve launched Alexa Calling, Drop-in, Messaging, Announcements to make communication more easier through voice. · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field · 8+ years relevant work experience · 5+ years experience in at least one modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, Python or PERL · 8+ years experience in a QA or SDET role as part of a product development organization which has delivered consumer oriented products · Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations · Experience in communicating
