Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) is the team that powers worldwide operations for Prime Now, Whole Foods, Fresh, Restaurants, Pantry and more. GSF is constantly pushing the limits of ultra-fast delivery on behalf of our customers. The team is looking for a talented Program Manager to drive the Delivery Dispatch and Route Planning strategy across GSF. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about solving problems through technology, optimization models, and operational ingenuity to make improvements in an ambiguous and difficult-to-understand operational space. The PM will be expected to relentlessly seek to understand problems, inspire ideas on solutions, and execute pilots and other scrappy means to prove or disprove hypotheses, ultimately leading to successfully deployed technology solutions.
