We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team as we stand up and deploy a new operating model and organization for the global function. WW Ops HR is deploying a new process operating model to support the high volume, transactional HR processes. By the end of 2019 this new organization will have over 500 personnel working to support over 175 sites in Europe and North America. A new set of tools and commercial grade technology are being deployed to support the new model. We are looking to hire a program manager to lead the ideation, roadmap development, tech partnership and deployment
· Bachelor’s degrees from an accredited university · 3-6+ years of experience in program management with a focus on technology deployments · Basic knowledge of HR processes and systems · Previous experience working with Salesforce technologies · Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) · Experience working with local and remote team members · Experience in managing compliance related operations, ability to audit and maintain high quality standards · Advanced degree from a top tier graduate school (MBA or Masters in HRM preferred) · Six Sigma and/or Lean certification a plus · Excellent
