The Worldwide Operations Talent Acquisition team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Program Manager to drive the implementation and adoption of new recruiting systems products and features. The candidate will have a proven record of full cycle project/program management, from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement, preferably with independent or start-up experience. Responsibilities will include: · Partnering with PeopleTech/WWOps product managers, ACES, and WWOps TA stakeholders throughout the product development life cycle from ideation to implementation, including: · Identifying impacted stakeholders for all roles/regions · Partnering with ACES process resources and impacted stakeholders to document current state process and identify opportunities for standardization · Documenting user stories as an input to business requirements documentation · Helping to identify success metrics · Reviewing business requirements, workflow

· 3+ years of large-scale Product and or Program Management · Expertise with change management methodologies and tools · Expertise with HR/Recruiting systems, ideally those used at Amazon · Demonstrated skills in reviewing and working with product roadmaps and functional specifications, conducting customer research, and facilitating user testing · Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively · Excellent written and verbal communications skills · Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional
