As the Program Manager for Pay Programs you will champion innovation and help various stakeholders and project managers identify, design and implement initiatives that will change the way we manage employee pay across the U.S. This may include process improvements, technology driven solutions, and the development of new pay programs. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate pay for Amazon associates and will be asked to make optimal tradeoffs between schedule, resources, and scope.
