Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) comprises of Prime Now, Fresh, Treasure Truck, Pantry, Restaurants, and Whole Foods (WFM) delivery operations. Our team is looking for a Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic and cross-functional operations and technology projects for Prime Now and Fresh. This role will play a critical role improving the engagement and performance metrics of our warehousing operations. It requires focusing on analyzing defects in our operational processes that result in poor associate and customer experience, supporting projects to solve and minimize the defects at the lowest cost, managing to project timelines, and communicating to program managers on status, risks, and program/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management, analytical, and executive presentation skills are essential. This role is located in Seattle. • BA or BS in Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent technical field from an accredited university • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Project Management or Industrial Engineering within Distribution, Retail, Manufacturing or Transportation industries • Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights • SQL query writing and experience with BI systems • Prior experience with regression modeling and/or other statistical testing methods • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads,
