In the Alexa Shopping team we are building experiences to enable customers to order whatever they need, by simply interacting with their smart devices such as Amazon Echo, Fire TV, and Echo Show. Our services allow customers to add items to their Alexa Shopping List or directly to their cart, anywhere, easily without interrupting what you’re doing. As part of our vision we are building experiences that allow customers to start, continue, or finish shopping for groceries with Alexa. Whether you want to shop Whole Foods, Prime Now, AmazonFresh, or Amazon Restaurants, our mission is to simplify how customers buy groceries and food. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to own processes that measure customer satisfaction with Alexa Grocery Shopping. You lead everything from defining the right metrics, to building out approaches that track KPIs while also leading root cause analysis to identify opportunities to further delight our customers. · Bachelor’s degree · 2+ years of relevant program management experience · 3+ years of experience creating and managing programs end to end · Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment · Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization, with both technical and non-technical colleagues · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to leverage SQL and use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions · History of teamwork and willingness to roll up
