Join the Product Quality team which works to ensure that buyers receive authentic products that arrive in the condition they expect. Our team is looking for a passionate Program Manager to deliver on initiatives that align with our team's strategic vision to eliminate counterfeit and unsafe products while protecting decision accuracy and seller experience. In this position you will: · Own a program road map and deliver projects to achieve program goals · Deep dive and analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, determine mitigation steps and implement them · Apply relevant tools and mechanisms wherever required · Create and monitor alarms to identify risk in achieving goals · Liaise with various stakeholders of your program like policy, legal, incident management, audit and operations · Own and implement program initiatives independently or by working with other stakeholders

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · 2+ years of relevant work experience in Program management, process improvement · 3+ years experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate sound program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements. · Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles and develop processes at scale. · Demonstrated organizational skills, and ability to work independently and autonomously. · MBA · Experienced in lean process improvement techniques and implementation · Prior
