Amazon Finance is seeking an experienced Program Manager to design and support a global development program. The program is designed to give leadership opportunities and training to junior finance staff at Amazon. The backbone of program is a small group of dedicated people responsible for designing and implementing all programming for their peers in their local geography. This role will be the central point of contact for all program events and report into the Finance Career Growth and Development Leader for Finance. In this role, you will manage the creation and distribution of tools, resources, and best practices that global leaders will use to plan and execute their programming. Your daily responsibilities include collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and Finance leadership to create and manage this global program. 3+ years of Project/Program Management experience · Associate's or Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience · Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all levels in English, other languages are a plus · Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope requirements, and prioritize tasks · Results oriented with a track record of on-time delivery with global stakeholders · Has effectively managed through ambiguity to achieve a desired outcome · Self-starter capable to taking initiative and working
