The Amazon Device Sales Team is looking for a results-oriented and data-driven Program Managers to support Sales and Operations planning with retail partners. In this role you must be able to build a relationship with Account Management and external partners, clearly communicate expectations, understand each retailer’s unique internal processes and work directly with customer to deliver results. The successful candidate will have great attention to detail and be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task while managing many cross functional projects. The role will focus on maintaining day to day operations while identifying opportunities for process improvement. As a member of the team, you will own supporting key Amazon devices retailer accounts and be the subject matter expert on their internal systems and processes. This includes new product launches, promotion execution, and order management/fulfillment. You must demonstrate a strong, metrics driven approach to track all issues,
· Program management, and excel skills and experience in sales and operations planning · Experience in using reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau · Experience in program administration skills – this includes organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, time management, and delivering results · Intuitive understanding of a superior versus inferior customer experiences, with ability to quickly assess the situation and identify solutions to improve/fix. · Experience in a team environment on multiple projects with changing priorities · Ability to meet
