Obsess about making meetings at Microsoft great for our employees Act as product owner for meetings service and AV engineering teams, working with them to develop a quarterly release plan and defining ongoing features and user stories Build a roadmap for the meeting service at Microsoft Drive reliability and usage metrics for our meeting spaces Influence strategy and roadmaps across multiple teams (support, construction, manageability) to ensure we improve experiences end-to-end Utilize Agile Service Management methods to iterate quickly and in alignment with feature delivery crews
Basic Qualifications 3+ years product and/or program management experience Experience leading agile delivery across multiple teams, regions, and organizations Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Information Systems, Business, or equivalent Executive level communication experience Experience with Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, and/or audio-visual technologies highly preferred Experience with DevOps program management for driving improvement while running an ongoing service Experience with live site problem management: analyzing the health of a service,
