Our community participates in thousands of customer interactions every month, ranging from technical questions to product bugs and feedback. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help make sense of the data by deriving impactful insights and stories. You will be responsible for extending our business intelligence strategy and improving our operations processes to measure and amplify the impact of our community to accelerate Azure growth. Areas of responsibility include: Work across stakeholders to connect data from our many disparate sources Analyze data from communities to identify impact driven and actionable insights and metrics Drive the requirements and development for automated insight derivation and topic extraction Define a strategy around data modelling, visualization, business intelligence and analytics Implement data visualization techniques to clearly show customer stories from the community Work across multiple teams and geographies on planning, execution, and solution delivery Participate in roadmap and resource planning
Basic Qualifications: 3-5yrs experience with Business Intelligence, Data Modelling and/or visualization Experience with dev eloping a scalable data analytics stack Strong passion for connecting technical communities with engineering to improve both the product and customer exp eriences Demonstrable technical depth in software development and engineering principles Experience owning and driving resolution of customer issues. Highly cooperative and confident in your interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a variety of teams across the world Excellent communication and technical writing
