Business Applications is one of the four key growth areas for Microsoft and our cloud business over the coming years. As a foundational pillar of the company, the Business Application Group is building the next generation of business applications and platforms that will help businesses large and small succeed in achieving their digital transformation agenda. The products we are responsible for include Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow) and other SaaS applications and workloads. We are seeking passionate and dynamic person who will be responsible two areas in the Business Applications community team: (1) Collaborating with enterprise customers and the product teams to influence the product vision and (2) Technical content for citizen developers to learn the Power Platform and drive adoption in enterprises. As the program manager you will be recruiting and onboarding strategic enterprise customers, conducting online and in person events that shape the product

Partner closely with the product team leaders to get feedback from our strategic customers Partner closely with the customer success team and marketing team for online and in person events. Ensure satisfaction of the strategic customers and the product team. Establish and Report key metrics for the strategic customer community on regular cadence to stake holders. Partner closely with Power Platform engineering and customer success team to create citizen developer instructor lead training content that can be scaled via our partners. Establish and report key metrics on the success of the training
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent industry experience 5+ years of program management experience 2+ years of experience hosting and growing a community Minimum of 1 year of experience in authoring content for customers Preferred: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical Ability to confidently and clearly communicate to executives as necessary Excellent cross-group collaboration skills Excellent program management skills including driving meetings, capturing action items, and following up on the action items through to completion Strong
