COSINE Servicing and Delivery (CSD) team delivers high quality servicing experiences to keep Microsoft customers protected and productive by continuously building and delivering updates to the Azure Cloud and client properties, as well as all versions of the Windows operating system as used by consumer and enterprise customers.
Manage and coordinate the work of a team of engineers to deliver features, fixes, and security updates on a monthly basis; track progress against common goals Investigate and understand customer scenarios and expectations in depth, using telemetry/data, customer feedback, anecdotal evidence, personal experience and market perceptions Evangelize and influence alignment across CSD and partner organizations to ensure engineers understand and deliver on shared goals Ensure continuous improvements in the quality, reliability, and performance of servicing payloads Manage schedules, risks, and issues
2-3 years of relevant experience, and a degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field. High levels of comfort with ambiguity, and abilities to build trust within your team through effective leadership and high integrity Bias to action and readiness to work with rapid ship cycles Proven ability to learn and apply that learning to improve business outcomes and drive positive impact for the team and for your career Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
