The ISV Success team is looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive complex project requirements, cross-team collaboration, and execution accountability across both technology and business projects within the Business Applications Group. Business Applications is one of the fastest-growing businesses in Microsoft's history. Customers and analysts recognize the tremendous momentum which continues month over month. As we drive to be the leading Business Application cloud platform in the world, we are hiring a seasoned PM to help drive and expand our ISV eco-system.
Deliver deep insights and knowledge about Business Application ISVs, including the critical business elements they care most about. Have clear metrics for all operations and build detailed dashboards to support ongoing operations and key SLAs. Work to improve the cycle time it takes an ISV developer to build an application by identifying automated tools and creating content to empower our ISV developer community. Own backlogs and deliverables, with clear prioritization and an urgency to ship and streamline our existing processes. Partner with Design and Engineering to develop high quality partner
Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high performance support teams. Minimum 3 years of experience operating in a PMO or similar central program office preferred. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields. Strong analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation, as well as an aptitude for solving complex business problems. Technical problem-solving and analytical skills using data analysis and escalation management in a complex environment. Experience managing projects with multiple work streams and partners; demonstrated strategic
