Responsibilities Foster and help grow team culture by delivering measurable user value through agile development and experimentation practices, with a focus on user-first thinking. Work with creative, design and technical peers to develop plans, prototypes, experiments, and specs. Qualifications Ability to lead v-teams through design and development, keeping focus on delivering best in class user experiences and helping define and meeting business objectives. Be a good listener and grounded in user-centered design. Be good at setting vision and storytelling, advocating for novel innovative experiences in partnership with product owners Ability to be able to work across organizational boundaries and connect the dots between various teams, dependencies and operational processes.
