Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners? The Selling Partner Paid Services (SPPS) team includes Amazon Marketplace Professional Services (AMPS) and Amazon Vendor Services (AVS), programs which seek to improve the customer experience on Amazon.com by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business. Our team invents and innovates across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and enable scalable global solutions. The SPPS Quality team is responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end process audits and mechanisms that ensure defect free work for our customers. The Program Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring defect free work for selling partners by executing quality audits following designed audit processes. They will also help to refine and optimize quality audit processes through understanding

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Management Information Systems, Operations, or Statistics · Demonstrated ability to follow standard operating procedures · Proficiency with ExcelLean/Six Sigma experience · Experience with business analysis and expertise in Excel · Proficiency with Tableau · Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast-paced environment · Sound business judgement and strong analytical thinking skills as well as a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results · Experience delivering results in a global organization, with an ability to communicate
