12+ years of professional experience in Product Planning, Market Research, Consumer Insights, Semiotics, UX research or Brand Strategy BA/BS degree in business, marketing, design or related social science discipline, or equivalent Have a strong track record in insight and innovation Deep understanding of a wide variety of qualitative research methodologies, such as: one-on-one interviews and ethnographic-style fieldwork, consumer journals, group conversations, live prototyping sessions, co-design workshops and platforms, and engaging users remotely Quantitative research design and analysis for
