The Sortation Services and Products (SSP) team provides product leaders a real opportunity to move the needle on delivery performance and cost through driving vision and execution of its strategic rocks. SSP powers the operations within every single node in the Amazon transportation network, and is focused on ensuring a 100% real-time visibility of packages, building recovery mechanisms when customer promise is at risk, automating decisions across the network, and providing simple intuitive tools to operators to run their facilities. We are looking for product leaders to own one of our strategic rocks, and work across engineering, UX design, operations and data science teams to deliver a multi-year roadmap. To date, you will have successfully built technology products that automate processes and/or provide users with experiences they love. You are able to synthesize
· Bachelor’s degree, or appropriate work experience on well-loved technology products. · 3+ years work experience performing relevant product management job functions. · Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change. · Experience working with a cross-functional team across design, operations, and engineering team to meet high-reaching goals. · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · MBA and a BS in Computer Science or related technical field. · Concrete experience leading complex digital products
