The Selling Partner Paid Services organization team is looking for a Process Specialist who is a team player capable of working in a dynamic environment focused on addressing Selling Partner in-stock management issues. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program and improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction. As a process specialist lead you will own building process capability and handling complex seller problems. You will have an oversight of the service levels across different workflows, and work with the respective internal teams to ensure SLA compliance. You will be responsible for coaching other account managers and back end teams on the designated functional area. The ideal candidate should possess strong in-stock management skills. They should have the ability to
· College degree or equivalent work experience. · Direct experience in in-stock management in retail or related industries. · Demonstrated ability in learning tools, processes, and effectively utilizing them for service delivery. · Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in composing concise, accurate and appropriately targeted responses· 5 years’ experience in retail or other operationally intensive industries with focus on in-stock management. · Experience in change management and driving adoption of new
