The Process Improvement Manager will report to Sr. Production Manager and be responsible for creating, optimizing, and implementing processes to support our 1P production facilities. They will collect analyze and interpret process-derived data to make sound business decisions
· Bachelor's degree · 5+ years of Continuous Improvement management or Industrial Engineering with a hands on approach in a manufacturing environment. · Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen events and Six Sigma methodology. · Ability to work with and assimilate ERP systems quickly. Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word.· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills · Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines · Ability to work well with others, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
