Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly effective candidate to identify, create, develop and integrate innovative memory based technology to deliver the best operating, lowest cost infrastructure in the world. AWS is seeking a Technical Product Manager to live, eat and breathe memory innovation. You will work with many engineering teams, in and outside of AWS, to create new memory products. You will lead the technical product strategy of memory technologies (Nand, DRAM, new emerging memory) and products to better meet our customers rapidly growing infrastructure needs. You are expected to bring strong knowledge of Semiconductor technology/process and proven ability to drive product roadmaps from concept through mass production. Unbound by the status quo of today’s technology landscape,You will lead and own key strategic projects and ensure successful completion. Primary Responsibilities: · Develop silicon based product strategy for AWS hardware infrastructure. · Develop deep understanding
· 10+ years of technical experience in DRAM or NAND technology development · 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, or product management · BS in Engineering or related field.· Technical knowledge and market expertise in silicon based memory (DRAM, NAND, SSD, New emerging memory) · Advanced Engineering degree and/or MBA · Ability to communicate clearly and drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong and talented team. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong Negotiation skills · Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
