The OneDrive and SharePoint Sync Fundamentals team is currently looking for an Engineering Manager to lead efforts to take the reliability and robustness of the system to the next level of excellence. This team has ambitious and exciting goals for dramatically improving the reliability and robustness of the system across Windows and macOS platforms, making sync resilient to errors, corruption, malware and other forms

As an Engineering Manager on the OneDrive and SharePoint Sync Fundamentals team, you will work with your counterparts in Program Management and Engineering to understand customer and business requirements and make product and funding tradeoffs to meet them. You will use your leadership to support your team in designing, implementing, stabilizing, and monitoring changes that improve the OneDrive and SharePoint sync experience for customers in new and powerful ways. Required qualifications 7+ years of delivering production software and services Great leadership Ability to build and grow healthy productive teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent project management skills Track record of collaboration across teams to deliver fantastic results Ability to drive solutions to ambiguous, complicated problems Ability to work well with talented peers A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or the equivalent Preferred qualifications Strong design and programming skills in C/C++ Experience with distributed systems
