Make Microsoft Edge Manageability excellent for IT by helping integrate Microsoft Edge with common Microsoft management frameworks. Ensure that the Edge team has all the important manageability hooks that IT might need. Break down and coordinate work for an Agile development team, ensuring high priority work is pulled from the backlog. Define and implement a customer-focused engineering culture. You must be passionate about attracting and growing talent on the team. You must be a great collaborator, with track record of results delivered through constructive and productive partnership with peers,
Requirements: 8+ years of engineering experience Demonstrated experience working in large (20K+ LOC) C++ projects Useful Experience: Strong design, coding, debugging and problem solving skills as demonstrated in shipped product/features 2+ years experience leading teams is preferred Demonstrated ability to grow and attract talent preferred Track record of working on a team that values multiple perspectives. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies is an advantage Experience with management frameworks such as Group Policy, MDM, OMA-DM, InTune preferred. Experience with Windows
